We currently offer shipping services within India. International shipping may be available on request, subject to additional charges and customs regulations.

Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, we will begin processing your order for printing and shipment.

  • Design Approval: The design must be approved by the client before the printing process begins.
  • Printing Time: Depending on the product type and quantity, printing may take between 3-10 business days.
  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after printing is complete.

Note: Processing time may vary for custom or bulk orders.

3. Shipping Time

The shipping time depends on the delivery location and shipping method chosen. We partner with trusted courier services to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: 2-4 business days (available at an additional cost).

Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location and unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions, holidays, or courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges depend on the product type, weight, and delivery location.

  • Standard Shipping Charges: Applicable to all orders based on weight and destination.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders above a certain value. (Please contact us for details.)
  • Express Shipping Charges: Additional charges apply for expedited shipping services.

5. Packaging and Handling

All products are carefully packed to ensure they reach you in pristine condition.

Our packaging process includes:

  • Protective wrapping for fragile items like Neon Signages.
  • Sturdy packaging for bulk items like Catalogues, Business Cards, and Banners.
  • Labeling for easy identification and handling.

6. Delivery Address and Changes

It is the client’s responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address at the time of placing the order.

  • If you need to change the delivery address after the order is placed, please contact us immediately.
  • Address changes may not be possible once the order has been shipped.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number and courier details to monitor the shipment status.

You can track your order on the courier’s website using the provided tracking number.

8. Shipping Restrictions

  • Neon Signages may have shipping restrictions due to their fragile nature.
